WHERE CAN I BUY A DULCE SALERNO PRODUCT?
All Dulce Salerno products are sold exclusively at our online boutique via our website www.dulcesalerno.org. We also accept sales orders over the phone.
HOW CAN I PLACE A CUSTOMIZED ORDER?
On request, we can provide customized Dulce Salerno products. Such special requests should be made over the phone by calling our Customer Service on +1-800-437-0537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday.

HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?
Once you have chosen the products you want to purchase, you can contact us on +1-800-437-0537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday to place your order over the phone. If you require any help or advice, we will be glad to guide you in your choices.
HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE?
You can add the product(s) of your choice to your bag by clicking on « Add to Bag » next to the product. Once you have chosen all the products you want to purchase and are ready to finalize your order, you can proceed to the payment by clicking on «Proceed to checkout». You will then be taken through 4 stages in order to complete the transaction:
- Register by creating your own account or login with your username and password if you are already a registered user.
- Fill in the delivery information (receiver’s name, address, delivery method).
- Fill in the payment information.
- Review your order and submit it.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WAS SUCCESSFUL?
Dulce Salerno will send you an order confirmation by email after you have placed your order. If you didn’t receive an order confirmation, please contact our Customer Service on +1-800-437-0537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday or by email: support@dulcesalerno.org.
HOW CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER?
Once your order is processed and on its way to you, Dulce Salerno will send you an email containing the tracking number (AWB) from the shipping company. You will be able to follow your order status directly on the mailing company website by logging in with your AWB number.
WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DOES DULCE SALERNO ACCEPT?
We accept payments via credit card, debit card with a valid billing and shipping address. Accepted credit cards are Visa, American Express and MasterCard.
When placing an order, your billing address must match the address of your credit card, or we will not be able to process your order.
We also accept Bank Transfers for orders or donations exceeding US$ 500. In order to pay by Bank Transfer, please contact our Customer Service on +1-800-437-0537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday or send us an email at support@dulcesalerno.org.
IS PAYMENT THROUGH DULCE SALERNO SECURE?
All payment transactions made on Dulce Salerno website are secured. The Dulce Salerno website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data. Dulce Salerno does not keep any credit card information.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
All Dulce Salerno shipments are carried out by ARAMEX or LIBAN POST. Your order will be delivered to your billing or shipping address. You can read the Terms & Conditions of our shipping partners on www.aramex.com and https://www.libanpost.com.
TO WHICH COUNTRIES DOES DULCE SALERNO DELIVER?
Dulce Salerno aims to serve global causes and reach out to global customers, and therefore Dulce Salerno products can be delivered worldwide to all countries.
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
We offer Free Shipping on all orders above US$ 250 (Worldwide) or above US$ 125 for shipping within Europe, Middle East and GCC. For other orders, we are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99*. For more information, please refer to our Delivery, Return & Exchange section.
*Note that some countries might be subject to exceptional surtax by shipping companies.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY DULCE SALERNO ORDER?
At Dulce Salerno, we offer three types of delivery options:
Standard Delivery: 7 to 21 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm).
Express Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm) – extra charge of US$ 25.
Premium Delivery (some postcodes are not available for this service): delivery between 8am and 4pm within 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed – extra charge of US$ 45.
Please note that Belt items with special order of leather or stitch are delivered within an additional 7 days. Other customized orders may require more time than standard Dulce Salerno products.

Dulce Salerno will exchange any item that does not bring you full satisfaction, within 30 days after delivery. Please refer to our Delivery, Return & Exchange section for more information.
HOW CAN I RETURN A DULCE SALERNO PRODUCT?
Dulce Salerno does not provide any refund as 100% of the profits are donated to charities. As the amount may have already been donated, no refund can be made. We will however be happy to exchange your item or provide you with a credit for your next Dulce Salerno purchase. Please refer to our Delivery, Return & Exchange section for more information.
HOW CAN I SEND A DULCE SALERNO GIFT TO SOMEONE?
Dulce Salerno gives you the capability of purchasing a gift to the person of your choice and have it delivered directly to them. Dulce Salerno donates the whole amount of its profit to charities each month. Donations are made in one bulk amount monthly in Dulce Salerno name. However, for your purchases above US$ 1,000, we can give you the option of donating the profit from this purchase under your name if you wish so.
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH CHARITY THE AMOUNT FROM MY PURCHASE GOES TO?
At the moment, this option is not possible. But rest assured that the profit from your purchase is being donated to a good cause.
ARE THE CHARITIES SUPPORTED BY DULCE SALERNO REGISTERED 501(c)(3)S?
Yes, Dulce Salerno always verifies that the charities we support are registered 501(c)(3)s in the USA or the equivalent in their respective country of registration.
WHY DOESN’T DULCE SALERNO SUPPORT MORE CHARITIES?
Dulce Salerno prefers to focus on a smaller group of charities in order to make a greater impact for each of our charity partners. Dulce Salerno’s plan however is to collaborate with different charity organizations after a certain period of time in order to give more chances to different organizations and causes.
