1.1 Delivery Method

All Dulce Salerno shipments are carried out by ARAMEX or LIBAN POST. Your order will be delivered to your billing or shipping address. You can read the Terms & Conditions of our shipping partners on www.aramex.com and https://www.libanpost.com.

1.2 International Delivery

Dulce Salerno aims to serve global causes and reach out to global customers, and therefore Dulce Salerno products can be delivered worldwide to all countries.

1.3 Delivery Fees

We offer Free Delivery on all orders above US$ 250 (Worldwide) or above US$ 125 for shipping within Europe, Middle East and GCC. For other orders, we are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate of $9.99.

Please note that some countries might be subject to additional taxes, import fees and surcharges imposed by the destination countries. Dulce Salerno is not responsible for these additional fees, which should be borne by the customer. Please check with your local customs to find out if any additional charges will be applied to your order. Our shipping partners take responsibility for such charges and will bill the customer accordingly. If you refuse to pay these charges, the order will be returned to Dulce Salerno at our expense. In that case, please note that we will deduct any related charges incurred to Dulce Salerno from the credited amount of your original purchase.

1.4 Delivery Time

At Dulce Salerno, we are committed to delivering your order to you as soon as possible. We always try to maintain all items in our inventory, but some of our items are custom made just for you and in that case you will need to be more patient.

Typically, your Dulce Salerno order will need 1-2 days to be processed after payment has been made, provided the selected items are in stock. It will then be delicately packed and sent to you the following day. At that point, we will send you an email with a link to track your order.

Please allow 7-21 days for arrival depending on your destination and local custom procedures (a delivery time estimate will be sent to you once you have confirmed your order).
For Belt items with special order of leather or stitch, please allow an additional 7 days for production time. Other customized orders may require more time than standard Dulce Salerno products.

For payments by bank transfers please note that delivery lead times are calculated from the date when the payment is received in full.

In addition to our standard delivery procedure, we also offer express delivery and premium delivery options at an extra charge. Below are the three types of delivery options offered by Dulce Salerno:

Standard Delivery: 7 to 21 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm GMT).

Express Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after the order is placed (between 8am & 6pm GMT) extra charge of US$ 25.

Premium Delivery (some postcodes are not available for this service): delivery between 8am and 4 pm in 2 to 3 working days after the order is placed extra charge of US$ 45.

Please note that Dulce Salerno is not responsible for any delays caused by custom procedures at the country of destination.

1.5 Missing Items

It is possible that you do not receive all the items in your order in case one or more of the items ordered were out of stock. This might happen in the case that two simultaneous orders for the same items were carried out at the same time on our website. If any of the items you’ve purchased are missing from your delivery package, please contact our Customer Service on +18004370537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday or send us an email at support@dulcesalerno.org.

2.1 Return Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your Dulce Salerno purchase, you have 30 days from the day you receive your package to send it back to us. Prior to sending the order back, please notify us within 7 days after receiving your package by contacting our Customer Service on +18004370537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday or by email: support@dulcesalerno.org. You may select the shipping company of your choice to send us the items.
Returned item(s) must be in their original condition with all their original tags attached. Dulce Salerno will not be obliged to credit or exchange the returned item(s) if any of the tags have been removed or damaged. The same applies when the returned item(s) are determined to have been used, worn, washed or damaged.

2.2 Refund

Dulce Salerno does not provide any refund as 100% of the profits are donated to charities. As the amount may have already been donated, no refund can be made. We will however be happy to exchange your item or provide you with a credit for your next Dulce Salerno purchase. Please note that the amount credited will include the full amount of your purchase minus any cost associated with shipping.

2.3 Exchange

Dulce Salerno will begin processing your exchange as soon as we receive the item(s) being returned for exchange. If the size needed is available, we will send it to you at no additional cost beside the delivery cost associated with the order. Generally, it will take around 2-3 business days before your exchange is shipped. Exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different size.
In case the needed size is not available, Dulce Salerno will be happy to give you the full amount back as credit towards your next Dulce Salerno purchase, minus any cost associated with shipping.

2.4 Currency Fluctuation

We appreciate your understanding that Dulce Salerno has no control over any currency fluctuations. When a credit or exchange is made, it is made for the exact amount of the original purchase price, minus any cost associated with shipping. We cannot take into consideration any currency rate differences between the original purchase date and the return date.

2.5 Defective Items

At Dulce Salerno, we take extreme care to ensure that every item is in perfect condition before it is delivered to you. In the rare case that you receive any damaged item, please contact our Customer Service on +18004370537 from 10am to 4pm GMT Monday to Friday or by email: support@dulcesalerno.org within 3 days of receiving your order. Similarly, if an item appears to have a manufacturer’s fault, please contact us within 1 month of receiving the order.
If an item is returned to Dulce Salerno because it is received damaged or because it is determined to have a manufacturer’s fault, we will either repair or replace the item. Replacements can only be made for the same item in the same size if available.
Please note that any item damaged as a result of wear and tear cannot be considered faulty and Dulce Salerno will not be obliged to replace the item.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTAND IT AND WILL BE BOUND BY THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THIS AGREEMENT REPRESENTS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND US AND THAT IT SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT ORAL OR WRITTEN AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN US RELATING TO THE SUBJECT MATTER OF THIS AGREEMENT.
